1、拥有商业、经济、金融、数学、运筹学、计算机科学或相关领域的本科以上学历； 2、拥有5年及以上信贷（信用卡/消费贷款/BNPL）、支付、金融、金融科技或电商领域的工作经验； 3、具备出色的分析能力和以数据驱动决策的经验，对A/B实验有成熟方法论； 4、拥有优秀的沟通与协作能力，能够高效地与多个团队及外部合作方协同工作； 5、具备强烈的主动性和责任感，对结果交付，有负责人意识； 6、熟悉端到端的产品管理流程，包括创意构思、产品路径图制定、功能优先级排序及产品上线；能够适应快节奏、结果导向的工作氛围。
