1、主导研发人形具身机器人的全身控制算法，包括但不限于架构设计，强化学习运动控制模型，机器人全身运动控制（WBC）等方向； 2、搭建强化学习运动控制算法研发体系，包括训练，评测，模型部署等方面； 3、推动机器人全身运动控制算法的系统集成、仿真验证和硬件部署，优化控制算法在嵌入式系统中的性能； 4、联合内外部团队配合各场景项目落地，向客户交付高可用方案； 5、长期探索机器人全身运动控制在工业、服务或特定场景中的技术应用和落地机会。

1、机器人学、计算机科学、自动化、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学位，博士优先； 2、3年以上足式机器人运动控制算法开发经验，有RL模型实践经验，具备Sim2Real迁移实践优先；精通至少一种传统运动控制（例如WBC/MPC）或强化学习控制框架（例如PPO、SAC），具备丰富的场景调优经验，能够结合实际需求进行应用，有实际落地案例佳； 3、主导过完整的机器人控制系统开发，熟练使用各类开发工具；精通C++/Python编程，熟悉ROS/ROS2，具备工程化实现能力； 4、出色的团队管理经验，能高效主导各类技术评审和推动团队成员开展工作； 5、扎实的运动控制理论基础，掌握机器人运动学、刚体/非刚体动力学建模及坐标空间变换； 6、具备较强的系统性思考能力，能够解决复杂问题并与团队高效协作。
