1、负责国际化产品在全球市场的内容安全工作，制定内容安全策略和审核机制，作为业务PoC与国际化审核团队密切沟通协作，防范因内容问题引发的下架、舆情等相关风险； 2、结合内容形态及各国家安全合规要求确定内容标准，推动中台制定审核规则并落地执行，持续推进标准迭代优化； 3、制定内容安全核心指标，把控审核执行目标并监督落地，确保线上低风险率，针对指标异常及时归因解决； 4、支持业务内容迭代和新体裁计划，搭建高效安全的审核机制，协调资源完成审核人力、规则、链路等准备；能独立完成审核链路提需，配合后台产品研发完成需求开发和验收； 5、设计优化端上安全风险策略，依据平台策略制定画风标准，把控内容画风与质量。

1、本科及以上学历，英文能力优秀，能用英文撰写评估需求文档，能独立和国际化团队就产品逻辑、合规等进行深度口语交流，保证信息传达准确、理解精准； 2、拥有1年以上互联网运营、内容安全/生态、或风控合规相关经验，熟悉互联网业务和产品逻辑，能准确判断业务场景和风险本质，给出合理决策和解决方案； 3、出色的项目管理、跨团队沟通协作和驱动能力，踏实认真，靠谱好学，擅长调研分析，能充分思考拆解任务制定规划，执行力强有韧性，对结果负责； 4、具有较高的风险敏感意识，对互联网传播规律熟悉，能够快速识别舆情潜在风险并结合业务逻辑做出风险研判，找到最优解决方案并推动落地。
