1、设计并执行抖音支付渗透测试，验证预发布/生产环境中的基础设施组件、系统及应用是否符合安全标准； 2、负责从攻击视角为抖音支付业务的全场景安全提供安全建议与技术支持，负责将新型攻击场景、攻击方式在业务上进行验证并协助补充安全建设短板； 3、发现新型威胁场景下暴露的安全问题，在跨职能协作场景中支持安全事件响应、取证分析与整改工作，推动事件最终解决； 4、主动识别安全风险，牵头负责解决潜在的安全项目问题； 5、了解支付安全及恶意攻击变化趋势和行业动态，引入新产品与新思路，使抖音支付安全处于行业领先水平。

1、计算机科学、计算机工程、信息系统或其他STEM（科学、技术、工程、数学）相关专业背景； 2、熟练掌握常见的渗透测试工具使用，并且对其原理有深入了解，能根据攻防对抗场景提升工具适配性； 3、熟悉渗透测试相关技战术。

加分项： 1、具备复杂攻防经验，从事过支付接口被利用、反爬虫、流量反作弊、信息安全方向工作，了解支付/电商业务； 2、有业务蓝军经验。
