1、公会管理： 1）帮助拉美直播公会制定公会增长策略，优化公会团队结构和工作流，实现流水稳定增长； 2）帮助公会提升主播招募能力，制定主播政策和主播管理机制，提升经营水平； 3）直接参与公会和创作者的日常管理，以实现和更新运营策略并交付业务结果，为公会及其创作者提供关于内容和平台规则上的指导； 4）与内部和跨职能团队合作，开展线上和线下的活动，并推动公会及其创建者的参与度； 5）实时监管代公会增长和绩效的结果指标，并定期进行分析，以改进的运营策略； 2、公会教育及能力建设： 1）制定公会直播的培训计划，提供实用的技巧和知识，比如：如何扩大机构的规模和提升收入； 2）通过全球的优秀成功公会，区域公会的成功实践指导公会调整经营策略和经营动作，提升公会对平台、内容和主播管理的认知； 3）与公会分享关于内容平台的技巧，以提高其创作者的直播表现和收入； 4）利用不同的工具和社交平台对公会进行上述问题的培训。
