1、负责火山引擎海外、国内客户的一线服务支持，通过工单、邮件、群服务响应与处理问题，为客户提供高效优质的服务体验； 2、协助客户处理云产品相关产品咨询、技术排障等问题，针对复杂问题，协调技术专家或者产品研发专家合作，确保客户问题得到高效解决； 3、识别客户的紧急重要事件，识别客户投诉与抱怨，按照流程规范进行有效的升级处理；持续提升产品与技能专业度，不断提升问题首次解决率，降低客户对问题的沟通成本与等待时间； 4、收集用户反馈信息，汇总提炼，反馈产品出现的客户体验问题或者客户需求，推动产品不断优化； 5、协助推动流程、工具体系的优化，定期输出内外部分享/云基础方向培训，协助团队完善知识库内容。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上技术支持或运维经验，云计算行业从业经验优先； 2、能够熟练的使用英语听说读写，能无障碍用英语与客户、同事沟通，有海外学习、工作经验者优先考虑； 3、优秀的客户服务意识，良好的沟通技巧，逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强，积极主动，具备团队合作精神； 4、具备ACP、RHCE、HCIE、CKA等云计算或者操作系统厂商认证优先； 5、了解Linux与K8s操作命令，熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP、FTP、SSH等网络协议，能进行基本的排障处理。
