1、利用大模型Agent、CV、NLP、序列建模、图建模等技术，还原互联网风险事件链路（账号安全、交易欺诈、内容安全、营销作弊、爬虫对抗等），挖掘风险行为模式，定位风险主体、作弊链路与关键数据特征； 2、在全业务场景中，从业务数据（包括内容、行为、交易等）出发，以无监督方式挖掘新的风险模式，刻画大盘的风险分布，对突发风险模式发出预警，为风险事件研判提供线索； 3、深入理解业务模式、攻防链路与风控产品机制，生产可复用的风控数据并与策略、工程、治理等团队协同，推动风控数据能力在业务场景的深度应用和价值回收，推动风控数据能力的产品化、平台化沉淀； 4、充分利用Agent框架（如LangGraph、OpenClaw、Hermes、Codex、Claude Code等），打造专用Skills工具集和Agentic RL技术，从巡检、数据收集、调查、复原、价值回收等多个角度提高生产效率；探索Agent自动化和自进化能力，让Agent能够从真实风控数据中学习，持续提升其决策与执行能力。

1、精通Python编程，具备生产级应用的开发经验，熟悉Linux开发环境，并对数据结构和算法有深入理解； 2、熟悉常用NLP、CV、序列建模、图建模算法； 3、熟悉至少一种主流Agent框架，如LangGraph、OpenClaw、Hermes、Codex、Claude Code等，并有实际项目经验；深刻理解大模型（LLM）与AI Agent的核心原理； 4、具备AI算法背景，对SFT、RLHF等Post-training技术有深入了解，有针对性优化模型能力的实践经验者优先； 5、具备出色的技术沟通和跨团队协同能力，能够撰写清晰的技术文档、教程和示例代码； 6、对技术充满热情，具备优秀的分析和解决问题能力，能够主动追踪前沿技术并探索其在业务中的应用。

加分项： 1、在风控领域有相关算法或研发经验；在强化学习领域有深入研究或实践经验，如Policy-based/Value-based methods、PPO、GRPO等； 2、熟悉多模态（Multi-modal）推理技术，并有相关项目落地经验；对Agent安全（Safety）、成本优化、性能（QPS/稳定性）有深入思考或实践经验； 3、在ICML、ICLR、NeurIPS、ACL、CVPR等学术会议上发表过有影响力的研究成果，或在ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Kaggle等竞赛中获奖者；熟悉全球主流大模型服务及API，有设计并落地复杂Agent系统的经验。
