1、负责抖音电商用户体验与服务相关的客服平台产品建设与迭代，提供体验问题发现、服务链路洞察、服务工单系统、服务工具能力等相关的产品解决方案，并对所负责模块的最终指标负责； 2、基于数据、内外部调研和产品思考，站在业务视角深度洞察痛点和需求，诊断问题并给出系统性的解决方案，并落地成产品能力； 3、跨团队沟通协作，推进项目在业务侧实施落地，监控业务核心数据指标，提出优化建议，牵引运营团队优化服务策略，以产品视角驱动改进业务流程。

1、具备3年左右B端产品，有客服、售后相关经验者优先（如售后工作台、客服工作台、售后工具建设、数据产品/BI、SaaS系统或知识中台等）经验； 2、具备智能客服后台、对话机器人（Chatbot），对AI技术（大模型LLM/传统NLP）落地，或对数据指标体系建设、数据看板设计有一定理解者优先； 3、对业务运营及数据具有的敏感度和同理心，能够深刻理解客户服务痛点，具备将复杂的算法能力或庞杂的数据指标抽象为标准化产品方案的能力，并具备快速推进项目落地的能力； 4、具备缜密的逻辑思维与优秀的系统架构能力，良好的跨团队（研发、算法、业务运营等）沟通与协调能力，自驱且有的目标感。
