1、深入理解内容电商达人经营相关风险，识别电商达人经营场景下的各类问题，挖掘和建设基础特征，制定异常感知策略，及时召回和报送潜在风险内容和账号； 2、构建电商内容生态问题的异常监控体系，对达人的高频、聚集等行为异常进行定期分析和可视化呈现； 3、监测电商生态相关的站外产业情报、舆情，联合相关团队，输出深度的产业和行业洞察； 4、与治理、行业、体验等协作团队建立良好的沟通机制，推动风险问题解决，并通过有效的攻防机制追踪、验证改善效果。

1、具备敏锐的逻辑推断和分析能力； 2、熟悉电商风险管控规则，具有内容治理、行业治理经验优先； 3、准确识别痛点与不足，具备较强归纳性，有较好的文字功底，善于发现问题和归纳总结，能够结合业务形态输出解决方案； 4、具备较好的沟通表达能力，责任心强，主动自驱，能够快速接受信息并主动探索和解决问题。
