团队介绍：抖音生态团队，负责抖音旗下产品的生态工作。我们为抖音生态的健康与繁荣，以及对应的用户心智与场景规模负责。通过看清楚影响抖音生态发展的关键问题，推动问题的解决，维持健康的生态发展环境；通过加强平台多参与角色对平台的正向感知和认知，提升平台长期口碑。我们是一群文理兼修的内容热爱者，既会熟练运用数据工具展开深入分析获取洞察，与算法密切合作拿到数据结果；也会对内容有独到见解和深刻认知，能够清晰定义产品价值下的内容取舍。加入抖音生态团队，可以走在深度好内容的最前沿，和各领域最优质的作者一起创造长期用户价值。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、通过内容评估、数据分析等方式，追踪并梳理大事件热点线索（含AI前沿科技、诺贝尔奖、泛知识及青年圈层文化）； 2、对用户需求和爆款内容有洞察，能够策划特色、深度的爆款视频选题； 3、完成国内外知名高校教授/实验室/特色标杆创作者的识别、建联并同步简报，促成内容合作，并完成项目效果追踪复盘； 4、能够独立支持小量级活动上线，包括但不限于主题策划、文案撰写、视觉设计物料把控、平台资源位配置、数据分析、跨团队沟通等。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有互联网运营/内容策划经验者优先（请提供作品集）； 3、希望你：相信优质内容的力量，擅长选题和内容策划，文案好，有网感；有强烈的主人翁精神，学习能力强，擅长跨团队沟通； 4、有数据敏感度，擅长使用AI/Excel处理数据； 5、入职时间：尽快入职，5天/周到岗，3个月起，优先6个月以上的实习同学。
