1、3年及以上电商申诉运营/治理运营工作经验者优先； 2、逻辑清晰，善于梳理复杂的事情，识别关键问题并快速解决； 3、有较强的沟通协同能力，良好的项目管理和运营推进能力； 4、数据导向，合理决策，具备非常强的责任感。
