The posting

1. 深入理解芯片板级验证硬件系统、硬件产品设计的各种约束，定义系统规格，输出总体设计方案、详细设计，并和芯片后端团队协同定义芯片到板级的信号、电气、封装、热特性； 2. 输出各板卡layout层叠结构、power拓扑、时钟拓扑、系统管理拓扑、主要元器件和连接器选型等，与板级硬件合作伙伴一起进行原理图设计、PCB设计，对设计的质量负责；在产品研发周期内与ODM厂商一起保障硬件设计质量； 3. 主导验证系统、产品化硬件的功能调测和单元测试，并负责开发验证过程中的硬件、系统问题解决和优化改进； 4. 与板级硬件合作伙伴、芯片后端团队紧密合作，主导芯片package level、board level 的硬件测试过程（包括功能、PI、SI、可靠性测试等），输出测试报告； 5. 跟进硬件产品PCB&PCBA加工过程，推动制定合适的工艺流程和参数，推动生产加工相关问题的解决，与合作伙伴一起完成板卡工厂端功能测试的导入工作。

1. 微电子、电子工程或者相关专业，硕士，10年及以上芯片的上电调测经验，具备服务器系统硬件设计或者服务器级别CPU硅后验证经验者优先； 2. 芯片的硅后验证平台开发经验； 3. 具备和芯片封测团队沟通经验，定义满足封测厂要求的SLT、ATE、HTOL、Burn In等工艺板卡能力； 4. 具备和芯片设计团队沟通经验，定义满足芯片电气特性验证的各种Bench Board，如高速IO Bench Board，SOC Power Bench Board等； 5. 芯片的物理特性测试和验证经验，至少包括但不限于DDR，PCIe，USB等高速串行链路的物理特性验证经验； 6. 具备独立的芯片回片后的Bring Up调试能力； 7. 熟练掌握Cadence原理图设计工具； 8. 有能力制定高速信号Layout规则约束，执行Layout Review，并确保设计阶段单板的信号质量； 9. 熟悉单板BOM配置方法、了解PCBA制程，确保板卡的顺利加工下线； 10. 具备板级的CPLD粘合逻辑设计能力，确保单板的上电、复位控制时序正确； 11. 熟练掌握常用的测试工具，如高速示波器、逻辑分析仪等仪器设备； 12. 研发阶段文档写作，包含平台设计总体文档、详细设计文档等。
