1、熟悉信贷资产负债全生命周期管理体系，对于资产/资金动态分析模型，具备一定认知，负责搭建流动性产品架构体系，设计完整的资金流动性产品方案并推动落地； 2、搭建完善的流动性监控体系，并依托完善的资金调度能力，平衡流动性、资本收益与风险敞口； 3、与资金运营团队紧密协同，提供有效的流动性自动化智能化策略方案，并通过产品化手段解决常见&紧急情境下的流动性紧缺状况； 4、构建流动性预测模型，通过有效的预测和资金计划，确保未来不出现结构化流动性风险，以及可看清未来资金缺口，提前开展业务管理动作； 5、熟悉资负视角的损益管理，构建清晰可控的损益管理体系。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、金融或相关专业优先，3年以上互联网中后台系统产品经验，能使用SQL等工具快速定位问题； 2、有互联网金融流动性、资产负债等系统设计经验优先，熟悉流动性管理流程，熟悉消费金融信贷、信托等业务场景，能较好与业务沟通需求； 3、具有较好的产品思维，能够站在用户的角度思考问题并提出多种解决方案； 4、作为产品角色深度参与至少一个自研产品从0到1的建设过程，具备良好的项目管理及需求管理能力； 5、逻辑思维敏捷，可以快速学习新领域知识；具备较强的沟通能力和解决问题能力，拥有良好的组织、协同和独立决策能力；愿意接受挑战。
