1、负责抖音互动游戏策略运营，围绕流水、活跃、内容供给、开发者生态等核心目标，建立指标体系和经营分析框架，持续监控业务表现，定位关键问题并输出增长策略； 2、深入开展小游戏、互动玩法、弹幕游戏、直播带玩、短视频内容生态等行业研究，跟踪市场趋势、产品动态和平台生态变化，识别业务增长机会，形成可落地的行业洞察与策略建议； 3、面向开发者、创作者、机构等生态角色，梳理多方经营关系和利益链路，制定分层运营策略、管理机制和激励策略，负责小游戏相关分成政策、任务机制、补贴激励和专项扶持策略设计与迭代，提升生态协作效率和健康度； 4、跟进互动游戏的重点业务专项，负责目标拆解、资源测算、投入产出评估、过程追踪和效果复盘，推动业务收益达成； 5、协同产品、运营、商业化、推荐、直播、内容生态及机构运营等团队，对齐目标、资源和执行节奏，推动策略高效落地并持续复盘优化。

1、2年以上平台策略运营、生态运营、业务分析相关经验，对小游戏、互动玩法、直播、短视频内容生态有一定理解； 2、具备平台生态视角，能够理解开发者、创作者、机构、用户和平台之间的多方利益关系，设计兼顾增长效率、生态健康和长期收益的经营策略，过往有策略设计、任务设计、分成激励和补贴激励设计与下发的相关工作经验优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析、逻辑拆解和策略判断能力，能够围绕业务核心指标进行问题诊断、机会识别、策略推演和效果评估； 4、具备较强的组织协调统筹能力，擅长跨团队沟通，有韧性。
