1、负责抖音游戏娱乐电商行业用户产品：依托国内外知名游戏厂商、音视频工具类App品牌在抖音平台经营电商业务，主营游戏点券、会员、道具皮肤及相关衍生服务； 2、统筹游戏娱乐电商板块产品工作，搭建商城游戏娱乐垂直频道，围绕频道打造专属导购体系与特色玩法能力，强化用户认知，提升商城长期主动访问意愿； 3、深度理解游戏玩家、娱乐爱好者的消费习惯与心理，联动行业、产品运营等团队，结合平台商品供给设计并落地抽奖、秒杀、积分任务等互动玩法，协同内外部团队进行引流，提升玩法规模； 4、熟知游戏娱乐类商品供给特点与差异，不断优化频道内导购流程和体验； 5、敏锐洞察游戏娱乐行业趋势与用户需求，挖掘业务及交易增长新机会，联动各合作团队推进落地，放大业务增长效果。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上电商用户产品经理工作经验； 2、具备扎实的数据分析能力、执行力，结果导向、自驱力强，擅长理性决策，熟练使用Figma，掌握A/B实验等常用工作技能； 3、性格热情活跃，思维灵活，善于观察挖掘需求，具备良好的用户共情能力； 4、具备线上互动玩法落地成功案例。

加分项 1、本身为资深游戏玩家、熟悉各类游戏生态者优先； 2、有主流电商平台从业经验者优先； 3、参与过游戏娱乐板块、电商大促类互动。
