1、根据公司战略目标与行业经营情况，负责设计自助销售任务和激励方案，驱动业绩目标达成； 2、调研市场行情，研究行业情况，整合多种数据源，负责生活服务自助业务内部不同组织、不同员工的目标测算与拆解，并为业务端决策考核方向提供数据支撑和改善建议； 3、监控业务线业绩进度，制定提成、绩效测算监控流程，不断优化流程及模板；针对监控发现的问题，复盘原因，及时调整激励方案； 4、能够熟练运用掌握的分析方法，根据业务的实际特点，通过数据表现给出较深入的分析和建议，指导实际运营策略的迭代，并能在实践中不断总结、沉淀和创新。

1、本科及以上学历，有本地生活销售运营、项目运营等相关工作经验者优先； 2、有互联网数据分析，目标管理经验者优先； 3、专业技能：熟练掌握SQL，统计学基础知识熟练，有良好的统计量化能力； 4、对数据分析有强烈兴趣，有用客观数据分析判断的量化思维和逻辑思维，好奇心强，求知欲强，有钻研探索精神，喜欢挑战，有较高的自我期望和成长诉求。
