1、负责字节跳动核心接入层网关的设计与研发，基于Nginx构建高性能流量接入体系，支撑抖音、今日头条等多业务的亿级QPS请求与海量长连接； 2、负责应用层（L7）负载均衡能力建设，包括HTTP/HTTPS、WebSocket等协议处理与转发，API网关的建设，持续优化系统在高并发、低延迟场景下的性能与稳定性； 3、参与网关核心模块的设计与实现，包括流量调度、限流与过载保护、性能优化、插件体系建设、加密与压缩等； 4、负责长连接消息网关的架构设计和研发，通过高性能转发、智能调度、自研基于QUIC的传输协议等方式，不断提升推送性能； 5、负责正向代理的架构设计和研发，集成各类安全组件能力，为业务跨域访问提供安全、便捷、可靠的解决方案； 6、深入参与复杂线上问题的分析与优化，提升系统可观测性与故障定位能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、扎实的计算机基础，熟悉操作系统与计算机网络原理，熟悉Linux网络编程，理解TCP/IP协议栈，掌握HTTP/HTTPS、WebSocket等应用层协议； 3、熟练掌握C/C++/Go，具备高并发服务开发经验与分布式系统设计开发能力，对系统性能与稳定性有较高追求； 4、具有Web Server（如Nginx、Kong、OpenResty、Envoy）开发经验者优先； 5、熟悉DNS、云网络（如VPC、NAT等）者优先。
