1、负责风险指标的设计与达成，包括目标拆解、趋势分析与根因洞察，制定清晰且可落地的策略方案，推动构建数据驱动的治理体系，提升策略决策的科学性、可解释性与稳定性； 2、围绕虚假宣传、低俗、引人不适等不同风险场景，持续迭代内容风险治理策略和用户精细化体验策略，建立与完善风险响应与治理机制，沉淀策略方法论，推动经验体系化，提升广告生态质量、用户体验及整体治理效率与平台稳定性； 3、基于数据分析与用户实验（如A/B测试），持续评估策略效果，驱动策略迭代与优化，实现可量化的业务提升； 4、结合模型能力与AI Agent等技术手段，提升风险识别、研判与处置效率，推动治理模式向智能化与自动化升级； 5、与产品、研发、算法等团队紧密协作，将策略方案转化为可执行的产品能力、规则体系及模型需求，推动高质量落地与持续迭代，在复杂业务环境中进行策略取舍，在风险治理效果、广告主体验与平台增长之间实现动态平衡，最大化整体策略收益。

1、3年及以上风控、信任与安全、广告治理或广告策略岗位经验，具备复杂业务场景下的策略负责人经验，并对核心指标结果负责； 2、具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL；能够独立构建指标体系，完成指标监控、归因分析、看板搭建及策略效果评估（如A/B测试、Holdout实验、策略前后对比等）； 3、具备用户体验洞察能力，有设计用户体验相关策略及实验并推动优化落地的经验，能够从用户视角识别问题并转化为可执行方案； 4、具备强跨团队协作与推动能力，能在信息不完整、分歧较大场景下推进复杂方案的决策与落地，并对结果负责； 5、具备优秀的问题抽象与结构化能力，能快速理解新业务与风险演化趋势，并结合模型能力/自动化手段（如ML、AI Agent）设计系统性解决方案； 6、具备中英文沟通与表达能力，能够适应多语言、多文化、跨时区的全球协作与对齐。
