1、参与抖音、今日头条、飞书等应用流量接入架构的建设及迭代优化，支持业务高速稳定发展需求； 2、深刻理解融合形态云管端全链路架构及技术，建设高可用接入架构及可观测能力，确保接入流量稳定性； 3、结合业务场景，识别网络性能瓶颈，设计端到端的网络加速方案，以提升用户体验； 4、基于链路资源优化、传输协议及策略优化、调度能力等技术手段，持续优化流量接入成本。

1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、网络基础扎实，熟悉TCP/IP、DNS、HTTP、HTTPS协议，了解HTTP2、QUIC等协议； 3、有大规模流量的产品开发或运维经验，有网络接入的高可用、成本优化、性能优化、故障定位、架构设计等方面的经验。
