1、负责抖音投稿内容及产品运营工作，为素材投稿指标负责； 2、能够基于社区生态机制和创作者特点，挖掘用户创作动机及创作需求，共同推动高效创作特效、模板等素材，放大投稿收益； 3、通过内容策略、活动等手段，监控内容供给及转化等数据指标，提升UGC投稿规模，并紧追社区各类新AIGC玩法和互动形式，促进互动效率提升； 4、对内容和热点有判断，能够研究投稿内容趋势和用户消费习惯，快速捕捉各社交平台热点。

1、本科及以上学历，有1年以上内容行业经验优先，有视频/图片设计相关或内容策略、素材、效果方向运营工作经验者优先，对AIGC内容有较强的行业洞察及认知优先； 2、熟悉内容行业和主流内容平台生态，有网感，对时下网络流行信息有敏锐度； 3、擅长沟通合作，具有较强的自驱力和责任心，积极主动，有一定数据分析能力。
