1、负责商业化资金平台多业务线退款产品建设，覆盖多退款类型充值退款、订单退款、保证金退款、赠款清退等方向，作为B端合作逆向链路的负责人，主导退款产品能力的持续迭代，保障退款链路的准确性、稳定性、合规性与高可扩展性； 2、深入理解不同业务线的财务要求、业务规则、合规要求，深度对接支付、清结算、财务、税务、法务、发票、风控、CRM等上下游团队，抽象共性能力、支持业务差异化，推动跨系统需求高效、合规的落地； 3、负责搭建并完善退款相关数据指标与监控看板，能从数据中识别关键问题，数据驱动产品迭代； 4、参与退款场景AI智能客服能力建设，通过智能问答、智能派单、自动化处置等能力提升用户自助率、降低人工客服负载，持续优化用户体验。

1、2-5年互联网金融科技/支付领域产品经理经验，有复杂退款系统能力建设、或复杂B端平台产品（资金/清结算/账户/账期/合规/结算等）建设经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的跨团队沟通落地能力与自我驱动力，能够在复杂多变的业务环境下寻求最优解决方案，高效协同产品研发、财务、税务、法务、客服等多方资源推动项目落地； 3、具备较强的产品架构与业务抽象能力，能将复杂业务规则沉淀为可配置化、可复用的系统能力，独立主导项目从PRD到上线的全流程； 4、具备严密的逻辑思维能力和数据敏感度，能从数据中发现问题并驱动产品优化，熟悉SQL/Python等数据分析工具者优先； 5、了解AI智能客服/AI Agent产品实现方法，有落地经验者优先。
