1、参与抖音电商用户侧交易产品相关工作，围绕订单、售后、物流等场景，协助完成C端用户体验优化与基础产品能力建设，包括需求分析、数据分析、产品方案设计、文档撰写、项目推进、上线验收及效果复盘等； 2、深入理解电商交易购后链路，从用户体验与商家经营双视角出发，参与挖掘用户在订单查询、物流履约、售后申请、退款退货、客服咨询等场景中的痛点，输出可落地的产品优化方案； 3、参与购后表达链路和用户流程优化，帮助用户更清晰地理解订单状态、物流进度、售后进展和平台服务规则，提升用户在购后环节的确定性、安全感和服务体验； 4、协同配送物流、客服、运营、商家、研发、QA等多团队，参与跨部门需求对齐、项目管理和产品落地，推动复杂业务场景下的问题解决； 5、关注电商购后、物流履约、售后服务、客服体验等行业动态和产品能力，结合抖音电商平台特点，参与调研分析并形成结构化策略建议； 6、关注AI等新技术在购后场景中的应用机会，参与探索智能客服、用户诉求理解、售后问题识别、物流异常预警、订单状态表达优化等方向，协助提升购后服务效率与用户体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、热爱电商行业，对电商、订单履约、物流配送、售后服务、客服体验等购后链路有兴趣，有电商平台、用户产品、交易产品、客服产品、物流产品、数据分析相关实习或项目经历，具备一定数据意识，能够基于用户反馈、业务数据、服务指标等发现问题，有Excel、SQL、Python、A/B实验分析等经验者优先； 3、具备较强的用户同理心和产品敏感度，能够从用户视角发现订单、物流、售后、退款、客服等场景中的体验问题，并转化为产品优化思路； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维、结构化表达和问题拆解能力，能够理解复杂业务流程，抽象共性问题，输出清晰的产品方案或分析结论； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力和项目推进意识，能够与产品、研发、运营、客服、物流、QA等多团队高效协作，推动问题解决； 6、对AI应用有好奇心和学习热情，了解或愿意学习大模型、智能客服、用户意图识别、智能诊断、自动化服务等方向，能思考AI如何提升购后体验和服务效率，自驱力强，学习能力强，责任心强，细致耐心，能够适应业务环境，并保证工作质量和执行效率。
