1、负责国际支付场景下渠道和商户的清结算、资金对账和月度结账，能按要求准确及时完成资金运营相关工作； 2、对银行、渠道结算规则的全面掌握熟悉，对清结算异常能独立分析和处置差异； 3、熟知商户结算规则，确保商户结算资金和商户的账单及时准确； 4、系统建设对接与支持：作为需求方，梳理资金清结算和对账业务流程和逻辑，与产研团队沟通，形成需求文档，支持产品规划；支持和跟进资金运营相关系统建设进度，并就过程中遇到的问题提出解决方案； 5、配合功能上线进度，从业务角度对工具、数据进行测试和验证，并能协同其他模块与团队，支持持续的建设和优化； 6、主动建立标准的运营流程， 沉淀运营操作手册，并能对流程优化提出自己的见解并推动落地。

1、本科及以上学历，金融、统计相关专业优先； 2、熟悉资金、结算、财务结账业务流程，有清结算/财务核算实操经验； 3、三年及以上业务结算/财务自动化系统搭建经验，有互联网/支付金融/跨境电商相关行业经验者优先； 4、诚实正直，严谨认真，具有优秀的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力和学习能力，重视团队合作； 5、良好的英文听说读写能力，能熟练使用英文沟通； 6、有跨境支付、金融行业经验优先。
