1、负责火山引擎经营平台方向后端的架构设计与研发，推进火山引擎产商品与销售业务相关平台能力，支撑火山引擎业务发展； 2、参与产品需求讨论、研发方案设计及代码实现等，编写和维护经营平台相关技术文档； 3、解决系统中的关键问题和技术难题； 4、根据业务发展需要对相关技术做前瞻性调研工作。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，5年以上研发相关工作经验； 2、熟练掌握Go/Python/C/C++/Java/PHP中至少一种语言，有扎实的基本功，理解并熟悉设计模式； 3、至少有3年以上高并发、高一致性、数据传输稳定性相关工作经验； 4、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制，并对常见的中间件实现原理有所了解； 5、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，对解决问题充满热情，善于分析和解决问题；有较强的上进心和求知欲，善于学习新事物，良好的团队精神和沟通能力； 6、熟悉商品管理系统、交易管理系统、客户管理系统、产品管理系统、销售管理系统、项目管理系统等。
