1、大模型算法研发：将大模型技术实践于搜索广告中，应用Agentic RL实现搜索广告新范式，具体工作包括AI搜索、视觉搜索、相关性大模型、AIGC、LLM2Rec等； 2、基础算法研发：持续建设多模态数据和模型，构建搜索广告大模型LLM底座，融合广告各行业数据知识，助力大模型快速落地广告业务； 3、技术输出：定期分享SOTA模型，赋能搜索广告技术解决实际问题，沉淀专利和论文。

1、取得计算机科学、计算机工程或其他相关专业的本科及以上学历； 2、有大模型算法应用经验，在工作或个人项目中接触过以下至少一类工作：Agent构建、模型精调、大模型后训练、多模态大模型、Agentic RL、上下文工程、RAG； 3、具备一种或多种通用编程语言的经验，包括但不限于：Go、C/C++、Python； 4、能够批判性地思考问题并以清晰简洁的方式提出解决方案。

加分条件 1、具有以下领域中的一个或多个领域的经验：AI搜索、视觉搜索、AIGC、相关性大模型、多模态大模型、LLM2Rec； 2、在NLP领域具有博士学位和研究经验，在会议/期刊上发表过高质量论文，如ACL/EMNLP/NAACL/NIPS等； 3、在大模型领域，主导过影响力大的项目或论文者优先。
