1、负责本地生活服务（酒旅餐综零售等）行业视角的搜推评测运营体系搭建，搜推策略优化方案输出，提升行业人货匹配效率； 2、主导行业视角在AI场域、内容场域的搜索推荐，基于不同场域，建立高效的评测体系，提炼不同行业的搜索问题，结合不同场域特征，推进优化方案落地，对业务满意度负责； 3、建立行业视角的用户特征标签、需求场景标签，以及供给特征标签，建立物理世界客观标签和用户真实需求的抽象标签的映射关系； 4、在行业理解和用户洞察的基础上，持续关注本地生活服务行业搜推策略的迭代演进，持续提升策略运营效率，提升在AI场域、内容场域的交易效率。

1、本科及以上学历，具备3年以上搜推策略运营经验，有酒旅餐综零售电商等行业背景的优先； 2、精通搜推策略运营，能够高效输出本地生活服务行业搜推策略； 3、对行业用户特征和供给特征有较好的理解，有人货匹配效率提升的署名作品； 4、目标导向，有较强的数据分析能力和驱动能力； 5、有激情，优秀的组织和协同能力，较强的逻辑思维能力、抽象总结能力，较强的学习创新能力和语言表达能力。
