1、以项目孵化+撮合售卖，带动红果短剧C端指标提升，加持品牌声量传播，贡献C端影响力价值； 2、独立完成端内项目从策划→沟通→梳理的备货流程，并与商业化招商团队沟通打包，撮合售卖，达成收入目标； 3、对红果短剧全年项目进行充分备货，重点完成档期、星粉、线下活动售卖，并能够做好相关线下品牌执行工作； 4、熟悉招商资源组包方式，与销售团队进行沟通对接，推动项目成功售出并保证平台顺利交付履约。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上品牌运营工作经验，有大项目独立策划、行业项目售卖经验优先； 2、突出的创意策划和项目统筹能力，沟通能力强，能够处理复杂的沟通场景； 3、良好的用户洞察和行业视角，了解短剧生态，熟悉短剧演员，有突出的内容创新思维； 4、目标感强，思维敏捷，有责任感和团队合作精神。
