1、负责目标区域内客户的实施指导，确保客户有顺畅的产品实施体验，成为客户和飞书内部团队值得信赖的解决方案和技术顾问； 2、通过推动客户广泛且深入地使用飞书产品，大幅提高产品的活跃使用率；向客户介绍新的产品功能并分享最佳实践； 3、维护与重点客户的关系，成为客户值得信赖的飞书顾问，巩固长期合作关系； 4、飞书的市场推广团队（如营销、销售、销售运营和产品管理团队）合作，助力客户实现数字化转型愿景。

1、具备流利的中文、英文表达能力； 2、有服务国际市场客户的经验，尤其是亚太地区； 3、有SaaS解决方案经验、构建和展示概念验证（PoC）的经验，熟悉SaaS行业； 4、自我驱动力强，能够适应快速变化的产品、组织和市场环境。
