1、问题发现与研判，负责抖音热点事件下差问题的发现策略设计与迭代，深度挖掘分析风险内容，输出可落地的治理结论，推动治理策略持续改进优化； 2、质量运营，负责人审质控体系建设与迭代，保障数据与业务适配性；深入理解争议热点业务，负责撰写、维护标准化执行手册，建立配套的规则培训、质量抽检机制，确保执行一致性，保障交付质量； 3、AI能力落地，探索和应用AI技术赋能风险发现、内容研判、链路策略等全流程，形成可复用的AI业务落地实践，推动人机协同效率提升，推动团队AI化转型； 4、项目协同，做好多部门协同治理，与上下游建立紧密协同机制高效推进问题的优化与解决，确保问题治理全链路畅通。

1、1年以上热点风险挖掘、内容运营、舆情、新闻编辑等相关工作经验，熟悉抖音平台生态、用户喜好及热点传播规律，能够对热点事件衍生问题有综合研判能力； 2、对数据敏感，具备逻辑分析能力，能通过数据驱动优化暴露的问题，高效推动目标落地； 3、具备良好的跨部门协作能力，能高效对接产品运营等团队开展工作，具备清晰的沟通逻辑与推进能力； 4、具备AI应用落地经验与方法论，理解模型评估的基本逻辑，能将AI与内容运营工作快速结合，对新技术有好奇心和探索欲。
