1、负责穿山甲在手机终端厂商渠道的合作拓展与广告变现运营工作，了解手机厂商及其流量资源与特点，对合作流量的消耗增长与市场份额的提升负责； 2、建立和维护厂商多部门良好客情关系，打通信息壁垒，及时获取信息，确保合作的顺畅与项目的顺利开展；协助内部团队完成业务目标，进行和管理内外部的沟通推动、信息收集等，推进业务高效实施与合作项目的落地，并回收效果； 3、管理与挖掘手机终端厂商的可变现资源，根据不同资源特点产出对应的商业化解决方案；包括不限于：请求到广告的展示时机、频率（IPU）、形态的优化，产品功能模块如积分体系的完善提升留存，内容体裁的丰富提升可变现时长等，拓宽优化方向、提升合作产品的LTV； 4、深度探索厂商商业化能力（如：下载转化链路等），结合内部业务，主动探索创新的合作模式，为业务增长寻找新机会；把握市场动向，发掘新的合作与增长机会；定期调研总结行业动态与产品变化，对外调整合作策略、对内联合产品研发迭代优化以保持市场优势； 5、做好客户理解，能准确把握和判断需求与空间，与内部产品研发运营、风控、法务、财务等团队紧密配合高效解决问题；了解内外部产品逻辑，与合作厂商共同迭代优化，为业务带来输入与增值。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上手机终端厂商合作拓展、广告投放、商业运营相关背景经验； 2、有一定程序化广告产品合作规划能力，运营型BD；具备良好的业务解读能力、优秀的BD谈判能力和较强的运营能力； 3、能够独立输出高质量合作方案，通过数据复盘驱动合作谈判，捕捉厂商变化背后的机会与风险，从0到1推进复杂项目的落地； 4、较强的学习能力与责任心，能够以结果为导向并自驱，面对合作中的突发问题（如：厂商政策的收紧等）能够积极寻找解决方案，有“破局”心态和内外部沟通协调能力。
