ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：国际化广告度量信号与隐私保护团队致力于构建覆盖广告系统全链路的安全治理基础设施与流程体系，在确保平台海量多元信号数据持续符合全球各地区监管要求的同时，积极探索前沿隐私增强技术的落地应用。团队将肩负双重使命：既要守护用户数据安全，又要维护TikTok自由创新的社区生态。作为核心成员，您将主导数据隐私保护与安全体系建设，并通过跨职能项目推动流程持续优化。

1、参与商业化创新产品相应数据洞察模块的产品设计开发，跟进需求开发和上线，并协调推动相关业务团队高质量执行； 2、负责对广告投放效果度量相关数据进行整理、验证和分析，提升产品开发效率和广告主体验； 3、通过数据分析、需求收集、用户反馈，发现并优化潜在需求，提出优化建议； 4、对数据问题进行诊断和排查，解决数据披露上暴露的问题，增强客户信赖。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，统计学等相关专业优先； 2、具备流利的英语听说读写能力； 3、至少连续实习4个月以上，每周至少4天工作时间； 4、良好的自我驱动力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中处理多项任务； 5、较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析处理数据。
