1、负责出海客户的国际商业化广告侧的运营，完成数据监控并推动所负责行业商业化收入； 2、深度挖掘客户经营和营销需求，了解行业商业模式，输出行业见解和标杆案例，持续输出运营策略并完成落地，有效赋能给销售同学以及客户； 3、负责美妆快消、消费电子、食品服饰、平台电商、生活方式等行业和客户问题的产品、研究专项，能够独立制定整体项目推广计划并落地，取得有效成果。

1、本科及以上学历，有跨境电商行业运营、广告运营、客户运营经验，了解短视频/信息流/直播等运营模式，有跨境电商平台、代理公司、行业甲方公司从业经验优先，有美妆快消/消费电子/食品服饰/平台电商/生活方式等行业经验优先； 2、有较强的数据分析与推动产品落地能力，能通过数据分析寻找规律、发现问题与机会，并支持业务部门输出解决方案，协同团队一起落地实现结果； 3、有结构化思维，能拆解数据分析行业策略，对客户现状思考和盘点，具备项目管理能力，能调度资源有效推进拿结果，同时有较强的学习力、执行力、自驱力； 4、有较强的英语阅读和口语能力。
