The posting

1、负责LBS算法能力建设，方向包括POI、定位、路线规划ETA、路况与交通事件、路网数据挖掘等，直接决定用户“在哪里、到哪去、怎么去”的真实出行体验； 2、深入理解地图出行场景中的算法问题本质，基于海量轨迹、视频、图片、路网拓扑、交通事件与多源信息，设计并优化规划、预估、挖掘类算法，持续提升效果指标与用户体验； 3、能基于业务目标拆解技术路径，建立算法效果评估体系，协同工程、数据、产品等多团队推动算法方案落地并拿到可量化的结果； 4、关注AI与地理信息结合的前沿方向（如大模型、多模态、时空预测、Agent技术），探索其在下一代导航中的应用机会。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、地理信息系统、数学等相关专业，具备扎实的算法与工程基础； 2、熟悉机器学习/深度学习/MLLM/LLM/图算法/时空数据挖掘中的一个或多个方向，具备较强的数据分析与建模能力，能从数据中洞察问题并推动解决； 3、具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力与结果导向意识，学习能力强、自驱力好，能在跨团队协作中推动复杂项目落地。

加分项 1、有路线规划、ETA、路况、路网挖掘、定位等LBS/出行/自动驾驶相关算法经验者优先； 2、熟悉路网拓扑、OSM等地图数据标准、地理信息系统领域知识优先。
