1、实现支撑高并发请求的高可用广告投放系统，满足广告主投放需求，包括但不限于品牌广告、广告创意、达人营销、营销科学等场景； 2、优化广告投放链路上的诸多模块，精排、出价、混排等各阶段的工程架构迭代； 3、优化广告的投放策略，包括素材创编、出价机制以及后端ROI优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、优秀的编程/Debug/性能优化能力，熟练掌握C++/Golang，有扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、抽象问题能力强，处理紧急事务思路清晰，具备快速Trouble-Shooting的经验和能力； 4、责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神； 5、希望你有强烈的技术好奇心，能够通过不断的学习获得成长，热爱分享不断跟大家一起分享知识讨论技术； 6、了解广告推荐系统且对计算广告以及商业变现领域有深刻了解者优先。
