日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、供给洞察与策略支持：协助梳理本地生活搜索场景下的供给现状，基于用户体验和数据分析，初步识别搜索增长中的供给问题，并在指导下参与制定供给提升策略； 2、业务协同与项目推进：协同行业运营等相关角色，将供给提升策略拆解为可执行的商家线索或任务；跟进任务下发与执行进度，加速优质商家和内容的引入与项目落地； 3、数据分析与效果复盘：使用Excel、SQL等工具，对搜索供给相关数据进行整理与分析，协助搭建和维护运营看板，监控核心指标变化，并参与项目效果复盘与策略迭代； 4、日常运营支持：协助完成团队专项活动、搜索场景下的运营动作及商家沟通素材整理等，持续关注搜索体验并提出优化建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数据分析、统计学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、对本地生活行业和搜索产品有强烈兴趣，对市场趋势和用户行为有敏锐洞察力； 3、具备扎实的数据分析基础，熟练掌握Excel、SQL等数据分析工具； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、创新思维和解决问题的能力，目标导向，能够主动推进项目并对结果负责； 5、实习时间：每周可保证至少4天到岗，能持续实习3个月及以上者优先。
