日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：我们是抖音电商设计团队，一群充满激情和创意的设计师，致力于在海量用户的抖音平台下，通过创新的设计思维塑造货架与内容的全域电商模式，既满足用户主观明确的购物需求，又以内容激发潜在的消费欲望，打造沉浸、生动、无缝的购物体验，助力抖音电商业务实现高速发展。 我们的梦想是：将抖音电商打造成用户喜爱的购物平台。

1、深入参与电商商家平台的产品设计，可独立承担从需求分析、原型UE交互设计到视觉UI输出的全流程工作； 2、配合团队进行用户研究和产品分析，挖掘设计机会点，并持续优化用户体验； 3、与产品、研发紧密合作，确保设计方案高效落地，并进行数据驱动的效果跟进和迭代，保障线上产品的基础体验； 4、探索并推动设计创新，尤其是结合AI技术，针对产品智能化方向，优化易用性与交互效率，提升商家在平台的使用效果和满意度。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计相关专业优先； 2、【工具技能】熟练掌握Figma、Sketch、Adobe系列等设计工具，有优秀的交互设计和视觉表达能力；掌握基础动效（如AE）或3D工具（如C4D）者加分； 3、【逻辑能力】具备清晰的逻辑思考能力，善于沟通协作，能够快速学习； 4、【数据敏感】对用户体验设计有热情，有一定的数据敏感性，能够主动发现问题并提出优化方案； 5、【经验加分】有电商相关项目实习经验者优先，参与过校内外设计竞赛、实习或项目经验尤佳； 6、【趋势关注】对设计趋势和前沿动态有关注与热情，将AIGC等前沿技术应用于项目，能结合行业发展进行设计创新。
