1、产品需求评估：就产品功能、特性、AI模型训练与应用等进行全方位法律合规评估并提出法律意见； 2、跨区域和职能协作：提供跨区域、跨职能的法律支持，与各团队密切沟通，解决跨辖区、跨法律领域的复杂问题，在紧迫的时间内交付务实的解决方案，并确保符合全球合规要求； 3、流程优化：识别流程瓶颈，为高频场景制定清晰的指引，就常见问题为相关团队提供培训，以适应业务的快节奏发展； 4、商业合作支持：协助业务团队推进日常商业交易及运营，参与业务合同起草和谈判； 5、根据具体情况，完成主管分配的其他工作。

1、法学本科学历及以上，拥有5年左右在科技领域的从业经历，曾在律师事务所执业，或曾在科技或娱乐行业的公司担任法律顾问，拥有国际化法学院JD或LLM学位者、拥有长期为直播、AI、出海To C产品等领域客户提供法律服务的经验优先； 2、拥有在AI治理、数据合规、未成年用户保护、内容审核与安全、内容版权、开发者生态、娱乐法等任一或多个领域的实操经验； 3、熟练掌握普通话和英语，具备流利的双语书写能力和口语表达能力； 4、具备较强的法律问题识别与分析能力、法律意见起草能力和商业协议审核谈判能力，并拥有处理跨辖区复杂法律问题的实践经验； 5、具备良好的商业意识，能够高效并准确地理解业务诉求，平衡法律风险与运营可行性，并提供以解决方案为导向的实用建议； 6、思维灵活，沟通能力强，能够积极主动地与来自不同文化和专业背景的同事高效协作，具备卓越的项目管理技能，并有在环境中管理多个高风险任务的成功经验，拥有卓越的职业道德和敬业精神，乐于持续学习，不断掌握新的知识和技能、对直播、前沿科技、AI及大模型生态有浓厚的兴趣，做过积极的学习和探索者优先。
