1、协助字节跳动广告投放客户（巨量千川/本地推等），定位和解决在广告投放过程中遇到各类投放效果类问题（包含不限于：超成本、跑量、定向、线索有效性、退单等）； 2、把控问题定位和解决的全链路，并提出优化建议，提升解决效率； 3、配合业务团队做好内外沟通，保障客户在营销产品的使用体验； 4、协调内部跨部门资源，针对行业性质寻求定制化产品解决方案； 5、对客户问题归纳整理分析，识别问题产生的根本原因并推动产品研发/销售共同优化迭代，降低发生率。

1、本科及以上学历，至少有3年以上互联网营销运营/排查经验； 2、具备较强的数据及业务分析能力，善于通过数据分析挖掘共性问题并推动相关方共同制定解决方案； 3、思维逻辑清晰，具备较强的跨团队协作能力； 4、自驱力强，具备较强的学习能力和抗压能力； 5、对体验类运营具有较高的热情，认可体验类运营的价值并愿意为之长期投入； 6、熟悉信息流广告投放优先，有技术支持经验优先。
