1、行业趋势研究与机会挖掘：持续跟踪海内外商业化广告行业动态，开展针对性行业调研，输出趋势分析报告，为国际化广告产品的方向规划与创新提供依据； 2、战略支持与收入增长：作为国际化广告产品及研发团队的战略伙伴，与业务团队紧密协作，通过发起、推进重点专项（如广告产品迭代、新市场变现模式探索等），系统性寻找并落地收入提升机会； 3、决策支撑与策略输出：对接业务负责人，基于业务核心需求开展产品洞察、多维度数据分析及外部调研，形成结构化策略建议，协助业务负责人做出关键产品决策； 4、问题解决与落地推动：主动洞察业务运行中的问题与核心痛点，组织关键协作方开展专题讨论，输出可落地的解决方案，并协调内外部资源推动方案执行，确保问题闭环。

1、具备扎实的定量+定性问题解决能力，商业判断力敏锐，且学习能力强，能快速掌握新业务逻辑与行业知识； 2、有推动战略决策的经验，可参与甚至主导公司级商业化策略的制定与落地； 3、深入理解互联网业务模式（如流量变现逻辑）及广告产品体系（如品牌广告与效果广告的差异、广告投放全链路），能精准判断业务痛点与优化方向； 4、沟通表达能力出色，跨职能协调与组织能力强，可有效影响不同部门（如产品、工程、财务）推动协作，确保目标一致； 5、能在快节奏的工作环境中保持高质量输出，按时完成核心任务； 6、具备成熟的团队管理思维，可协调团队分工、推动成员高效协作，保障项目落地质量。
