1、负责摄影摄像及配件类目的日常运营管理，围绕自播、达人直播、商品卡、短视频等场域提升转化效率，统筹站内外资源运营与广告投放提效，完成品牌GMV目标拆解与周度推进； 2、推进各梯队商家（KA商家及产业带商家）的经营提效与供给建设，包括内容打法优化、货品结构与上新节奏梳理、活动机制落地、爆品、独家、专供商品孵化及大促货盘筹备； 3、跨部门协同（市场、产品、治理、商业化等），参与类目行业策略与活动方案制定落地，推动新增相机配件、教育配件三级类目快速跑通经营链路； 4、负责商家日常精细运营与问题闭环，维护平台与商家稳定经营关系，降低经营风险与波动。

1、本科及以上学历；有一定电商平台招商/行业运营经验优先； 2、具备KA商家或产业带运营经验，理解大促节奏与平台资源玩法，能以项目制推进关键品牌/节点爆发； 3、数据驱动，能独立完成经营分析（GMV拆解、货品/达人/投放效率等）并输出可执行增长路径； 4、沟通协同能力强，能协调内外部多方资源（品牌/机构/服务商/内部团队）推动落地拿结果。
