1、数据能力建设：基于平台的用户体验指标，通过体验场景、品类等多维度分析，探究体验问题分类分级、根本原因，规划和设计科学合理的用户体验指标体系； 2、规则策略建设：完善餐饮行业商家商品准入、发布规范、商家商品治理策略、用户体验解决方案、售后方案等，减少负反馈问题产生，改善用户体验； 3、产品能力与协同机制建设：建设并完善上述策略建设落地所需的产品能力、横向协同机制等； 4、AI工具使用：擅长使用主流的AI工具，懂得用智能化工具在实际工作中的提效应用。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上相关运营、策略相关经验，具备平台治理、风险控制、用户体验经验，有生活服务、电商、外卖行业背景者优先； 2、具备较强的逻辑思维与结构化分析能力，可将复杂问题系统性拆解，从现象定位到根因，从问题分类分级到策略设计，形成闭环的解决框架，而非依赖经验直觉做判断； 3、熟悉平台治理与风控体系建设，有商家、商品准入规则、发布规范、治理策略、售后体验方案等规则策略从设计到落地的完整经验，通过规则与机制创新降低负反馈、改善用户体验； 4、较好的数据思维与指标建设能力，能够基于业务目标设计科学的用户体验指标体系，通过场景、品类、用户画像等多维度分析洞察问题本质，并以数据驱动策略迭代； 5、有从0到1或从1到N的产品能力与横向协同机制建设经验，能牵头跨部门项目，通过产品化、机制化手段推动策略落地并拿到可量化的业务结果； 6、熟练运用主流AI工具，并有实际落地案例，如能深度应用于数据分析、策略设计、内容生产、流程自动化等实际工作场景，有可量化的提效成果或创新实践，而非仅停留在了解和试用层面。
