1、负责公司企业级产品及前沿AI/Agent产品的UI/UX设计，包括To C、To B、ToD等业务方向，覆盖大模型、AI Agent、AIGC等前沿技术方向，探索智能化产品体验与创新设计范式； 2、拥有良好的交互逻辑和视觉审美力，深度参与从信息架构、交互流程到视觉落地的全链路设计，保障产品的美观度和体验的流畅性； 3、与产品、研发团队紧密协作，参与产品定义与设计策略讨论，输出有说服力的整体体验方案，而不只是“接需求出图”； 4、参与用户研究，产品分析，数据分析等，用定性与定量结合的方式挖掘体验优化机会，让每一个设计决策都有据可依。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，工业设计、服务设计、数字媒体艺术、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的产品交互设计能力以及界面设计能力，并具有用户服务意识； 3、重视细节，注重设计量化验证与用户价值，在用户路径上能从业务目标和用户体验多角度思考；积极主动，具备较强的推动力；逻辑清晰，具备较好的全局观，能够将设计想法从方案推到上线； 4、有相关实习经验、在校期间有实践经历、设计比赛获奖等优先； 5、需要提交的材料： 1）本人最新作品，可以链接或PDF形式附加，请展示你的设计思考过程，而不仅是最终效果图。

加分项： 1、AI原生设计思维：日常使用Claude、ChatGPT、Codex、TRAE、Cursor、V0、Bolt等AI工具辅助设计工作流； 2、VibeCoding经验：你理解VibeCoding不只是“用AI写代码”，而是一种快速将想法变成可交互原型的设计方法论——你享受从创意到可点击Demo的那种即时反馈感； 3、AI领域敏感度：你对Hermes、MCP、Agent、RAG、Function Calling、Prompt Engineering这些概念不陌生，理解LUI和GUI本质差异。
