1、服务运营分析与经营管理：持续监控服务质量、服务效率、成本等指标（包括但不限于一次完结率、平均处理时长、重复进线率、执行准确率、满意度、人效等），识别服务过程中的异常波动、效率瓶颈及体验问题，输出改善建议并推动持续改善，对最终服务目标达成负责； 2、服务链路与流程设计：设计及优化消费者服务链路，设计标准化服务流程及处理规范，推动复杂流程简化，提高坐席自主解决能力，减少不必要流转；持续优化服务SOP、知识体系及业务规则，提升服务效率及执行准确率； 3、问题洞察与专项改善：针对重点业务场景组织专项治理，推动服务体验及运营效率持续提升；建立问题闭环机制，跟踪改善效果，形成运营最佳实践；从用户视角及服务视角挖掘产品、流程及方案问题，推动源头改善； 4、跨部门协同与项目推动：负责服务相关运营项目的规划、推进及落地，建立跨部门协同机制，协同产品、研发、治理、方案及供应商等团队，推动服务能力建设及业务改善； 5、服务能力建设：推动知识库、服务策略、系统工具及自动化能力持续建设，提高客服处理效率及准确率；进行服务组织模式、资源配置及考核机制优化，提高整体运营效率；基于业务发展持续探索智能客服、AI辅助、自动化运营等新能力在服务场景中的应用。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上服务运营/用户运营/运营分析/流程优化工作经验； 2、数据能力强，能独立完成数据提取、分析建模、指标看板与复盘汇报；对口径、样本与因果逻辑敏感； 3、具备智能运营意识，理解智能化/自动化在服务场景的应用方式，能与产品/算法/技术协作推进规则、模型或工具落地（不要求写代码，但要能定义需求与验收）； 4、具备流程与问题解决能力，擅长从用户旅程/流程视角定位问题，能用结构化方法推进优化； 5、具备推动与执行力，目标导向，能跨团队推进，对交付质量与复盘闭环负责。
