1、负责抖音商城首页频道的用户策略制定以及营销活动落地，对频道用户的活跃、留存、购买频度、LTV等核心指标负责；通过建设用户成长机制，设计玩法活动，优化路径体验等方式提升以上指标； 2、根据频道用户画像和成长路径，以及泛娱乐业务的特色供给设计匹配的互动玩法，驱动用户在双端商城新入口的行为加深及LTV提升； 3、洞察关注泛娱乐行业用户机会，探索用户和交易规模增长的方向，并协同合作部门放大；探索文娱业务在独立端的应用和拓展； 4、通过营销活动来实现供给撬动和业务增长，包括但不限于整合行业需求、方案策划、资源落实、项目执行和活动沉淀，促进业务指标增长。

1、本科及以上学历，具备互联网用户运营补贴策略相关经验，主流电商平台优先； 2、有较好的数据分析能力，逻辑性强具备敏锐的洞察能力；有成熟的用户生命周期和分层方法论，掌握常见用户运营方法和AB实验等技能； 3、结果导向思维，能独立推进和管理项目节奏，有较好的协同沟通能力，善于进行跨部门协作； 4、热爱使用体验各类APP，较好的用户共情能力；2C思路活泛，勇于探索和孵化0-1的业务模式并交付结果。
