1、负责一线升级的疑难案例研判处置，针对用户反馈的Bug、模型效果异常、业务咨询等进行多维研判-跟进处置，推动全流程闭环； 2、对研判后的异常案例进行结构化梳理，准确输出归因报告，并及时对接产品、研发、算法团队，跟踪问题的解决进度并负责结果回流； 3、负责对一线客服的回复质量、问题分类准确性进行抽检与指导，输出标准化的上升机制，沉淀豆包各模块专业知识内容（基础、安全、模型等）； 4、参与梳理服务SOP与问题定级标准，建立意图分类&诊断-Pipeline节点标注-模型治理的体验治理流程体系。

1、本科及以上学历，具备服务运营、质检，模型标注经验； 2、能从杂乱的会话信息中快速提炼核心矛盾点，具备优秀的逻辑思维； 3、LLM产品深度用户，对大语言模型（LLM）的回复风格、常见幻觉、能力边界有基础认知； 4、良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，希望在AI产品运营、意图治理、模型体验等领域深耕。
