1、负责网管平台开发者体验建设：面向网络工程师、运维工程师、平台研发等用户，建设统一的开发者入口，提升平台能力的发现、接入、调试、调用和运维效率； 2、建设开发者工具体系与工具市场：设计API文档、调用示例、调试工具、SDK、CLI、Webhook、回调通知等能力，降低开发者接入和使用门槛；推动用户将脚本、工具、流程模板、诊断能力、运维动作等沉淀为可复用资产，实现工具共享、复用和治理； 3、设计能力治理机制：建立能力注册、发布审核、权限管控、版本管理、调用限流、审计追踪、质量评估、下线治理等机制，保障开放能力的稳定性与安全性； 4、支持AI与自动化调用场景：结合智能运维、Agent、流程编排等场景，设计适合自动化系统调用的平台能力描述、输入输出规范、权限边界和执行审计机制； 5、持续优化开发者效率指标：建立开发者体验和平台运营指标，包括接入周期、调用成功率、活跃开发者数、能力复用率、自动化覆盖率、问题解决效率等。

1、3年以上平台产品、开发者产品、运维平台或中后台产品经验：有开放平台、API平台、DevOps平台、低代码平台、自动化运维平台、可观测平台经验者优先； 2、具备较强的平台抽象能力：能够从具体业务场景中抽象通用能力、通用流程和标准数据模型，形成可复用的平台化产品方案； 3、理解开发者使用习惯：熟悉API、SDK、CLI、Webhook、权限、Schema、日志、调试、版本、发布、监控、审计等常见开发者产品能力； 4、了解网络运维或基础设施管理场景：理解监控、告警、变更、故障、拓扑、配置、容量、自动化、CMDB等基础运维概念；了解数据中心网络、骨干网、CDN、负载均衡、DNS等场景者优先； 5、具备良好的技术理解和沟通能力：能够与研发、运维、网络工程、安全、平台架构等团队高效协作，推动接口设计、能力封装、权限治理和系统落地。
