1、负责抖音电商履约场景的策略规划，深入洞察用户在电商履约场景下的用户对履约时效的诉求，精准定位用户痛点和需求趋势，为产品策略制定提供有力依据； 2、协同算法团队，制定履约搜索结果的理想态评估和指标体系，制定并持续优化搜索推荐策略，提升履约推荐的整体体验，通过数据分析挖掘用户行为模式和业务问题，以数据为导向快速迭代优化产品策略； 3、拆解复杂问题拆解，协调各方资源，与内外部团队紧密合作，推动跨团队需求及项目管理； 4、结合业务重心和目标，定期输出产品迭代规划，驱动业务目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年及以上策略产品工作经验，有互联网C端策略产品经验优先； 2、理解电商业务基本逻辑，具备复杂业务场景下的需求理解、抽象及设计能力，优秀的系统方案设计与表达能力； 3、具备良好的用户视角和全局思维，能够站在用户和业务整体的角度思考问题，有较强的跨团队协作沟通能力和执行推动力，能够有效协调内外部资源，推动项目顺利落地； 4、对新技术、新趋势保持敏锐的洞察力，具备快速学习和创新能力，能够不断探索新的产品形态和策略，将行业前沿技术和理念应用到实际工作中，提升产品竞争力。
