1、以大盘目标&用户体验为导向，输出多业务通用的标准服务策略&流程（如路由、转接、外呼等），制定客服服务标准并输出完善、严谨的服务方案，联动各业务客服团队落地执行并分析量化效果，持续优化服务质量和服务效率； 2、通过日常的客服反馈、数据分析等手段发现服务流程中的痛点问题，建立有效的服务流程评审及运营机制，提升客服团队解决问题的能力并为其提供策略及工具的赋能； 3、创新服务体验探索：积极探索新的服务体验模式和科技创新机会，例如：高价值用户&复杂场景的服务方案设计、利用大模型探索服务提效路径等。

1、本科及以上学历，有服务体验相关经验（有餐饮、酒旅等生活服务业务背景优先，有服务流程设计、用户运营、产品运营相关工作经验优先）； 2、有敏锐的问题洞察能力及较强的逻辑思考、问题拆解能力，能通过数据定位根因并提出可行性策略&方案并落地闭环； 3、有产品思维，能够通过智能大模型、人工提效工具等手段助力客服提效；有全局意识，能够“端到端”全链路思考、敢于采取突破现状的措施； 4、具备跨部门复杂项目推动经验，有团队合作精神，能够整合内外部资源、协调多方达成目标，自驱力、主动性和抗压性较强。
