1、负责字节跳动旗下抖音、今日头条、番茄小说等10+款应用营销增长相关研发工作； 2、参与多元营销业务研发，包含广告投放、创意素材、达人营销、ToB等，覆盖巨量引擎、广点通等多个营销渠道； 3、参与前端技术架构研发，包括投放编排框架、AIGC创意生产、编辑器、微前端架构等技术方案； 4、理解学习增长底层逻辑，可参与多产品跨周期的增长方案设计，沉淀营销知识，技术驱动业务增长并推动产品迭代优化。

1、计算机相关基础知识扎实，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、熟练掌握各种前端技术，包括HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Node.js等； 3、理解工程化思想，对构建和持续集成有一定认识，熟悉一种构建工具；理解组件化开发思想，有一定的设计能力，熟悉最少一种前端MV*框架； 4、熟悉至少Python、PHP、Java、Go等一门后端开发语言；熟悉Node.js，了解Express/KOA等框架，有Node.js应用或框架开发经验者优先；熟悉HTTP协议、Web安全。
