1、结合国际化达人生态和AI创意产品，理解客户国际化短视频营销逻辑和创意玩法，通过客户调研、数据分析、案例研究、方法论引导等手段，联动不同广告产品放大创意效果，构建综合的创意解决方案； 2、负责在亚太地区内推进包含达人&AI等各类创意产品的渗透与规模化使用，与区域和销售团队合作，通过客户需求洞察、数据分析制定国际化短视频创意产品解决方案并落地执行，为业务指标增长负责； 3、有效协同产品、数据、销售、战略等各部门，提升产品使用规模，结合有效市场反馈推动产品持续迭代优化； 4、日常数据管理与分析，管理和完善相关数据建设体系，通过数据分析指导项目决策。

1、5年以上达人营销经验、AI产品运营经验或广告行业相关的运营经验，具备国际化背景优先； 2、具备强沟通协调能力、问题拆解能力、项目管理能力、数据分析能力，能够快速掌握核心信息和关键点，识别风险和问题，推动各相关方解决问题并达成目标； 3、具备强学习力、自驱力、适应力，有全球化视角，能够与全球组织无障碍沟通，达成共识并推动合作； 4、具备日常英语交流能力，能一定程度作为工作语言。
